Refund policy

If you decide that your LUALA product isn’t for you, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items any time within 30 days of the original ship date.

Just drop us a note with your order number at help@luala.co and we’ll take care of the rest. We offer free return and exchange for all U.S. orders. 

For all international orders or orders outside of the Continental US there is a USD $24 return shipping fee. Any customs taxes, duties, and original shipping fee paid by us will not be refunded.
